The hospital faculty is over 400， including 7 PHD supervisors，25 professors38 with PHD and 84 with MS degree。

There are nearly 30 post-doctors，doctors and masters cultivated by our hospital each year，which also engages in jointly cultivating 8 doctors by cooperation with some well-known universities in U.S., U.K., Sweden，Singapore，Germany and HK. In addition，nearly 30 famous experts at home and abroad are invited to deliver lectures every year。
